ZBS POS welcomes legacy POS brand GDC POS to the ZBS restaurant tech family

ZBS POS is proud to announce that it has acquired GDC POS, a longstanding legacy POS system brand. The acquisition strengthens ZBS POS's market position in the POS industry and expands its product offerings to better serve its customers.

GDC POS has been a respected name in the POS industry for decades, with a proven track record of delivering reliable and efficient solutions to businesses of all sizes. The acquisition of GDC POS will allow ZBS POS to combine its cutting-edge technology with GDC's legacy products and expertise, offering a wider range of solutions to its customers. GDC was founded in 2005 and maintains a dedicated customer base out of its headquarters in Brooklyn, New York. Favored by many immigrant business owners with QSR, take-out restaurants, GDC provides fast, easy, user-friendly point of sale solutions with multilingual options and multi-menu options.

"We are thrilled to welcome GDC POS to the ZBS POS family," said ZBS POS CEO, Kevin Zhao. "This acquisition will help us better serve our customers by offering them a wider range of POS solutions and expertise. GDC POS has a long-standing reputation for delivering reliable products for immigrant businesses nationwide, and we look forward to leveraging their expertise to help our customers grow their businesses."

ZBS POS will be able to leverage GDC POS's established customer base and relationships with leading industry players to further grow its business. Under CEO Zhao's guidance, ZBS aims to help expand GDC by helping them reach markets and areas GDC may not have had a chance to develop in. ZBS understands GDC's target market and are confident that they are able to successfully foster this legacy brand's proliferation.

"We are excited to be joining forces with ZBS POS," said GDC POS CEO, Simon Ma. "This is a great opportunity for our team to continue to provide excellent service and support to our customers while also benefiting from the resources and expertise of ZBS POS. We believe that this acquisition will allow us to grow and innovate in ways that would not have been possible on our own."

The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ZBS POS and GDC POS will work closely together in the coming months to ensure a smooth transition for all customers and employees.
